Take a Tall Ship from Bali to Australia

by

Escape the tourist crowds and see two countries all from the deck of a tall ship. 534343_sailing_ship_in_harbor.jpgThese historic ships are sail-powered, and allow you to take the trip of a lifetime. One of the things you can do is sail from Bali to Australia on a tall ship. Few tourists sail from this famous Indonesian island, and you can enjoy a relaxed vacation without the milling crowds.

Most tall ship explorations take place in the Nusa Tenggara - although you can take destination trips to such known villages of Lovina (a resort town) and Lombok (known for its wild spirit). These islands stretch from Bali to Australia, and are only accessible by boat. They feature exotic wildlife (see Flores and Komodo - of Komodo dragon fame), as well as breathtaking scenery. There are also great activities including surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving and, of course, sunbathing.

So, get out there. Away from all the crowds. Enjoy Bali from a tall ship, and sail the Nusa Tenggara on your way to Australia.

    Hi there,

My boyfriend and I will be traveling to Bali next week and would LOVE to do the tall ship tour to Australia but I can’t seem to find what companies offer it.

    Can you recommend any?

    Thanks so much!
