Adventure Travel for the Over-50 Crowd

by

If you are over 50 and interested in adventure travel, have I got a Web site for you! Eldertreks is an adventure travel company that caters exclusively to people over the age of 50. They say that life after 50 is just the beginning, and new trends in over-50 lifestyles are expanding to include adventure travel.

Eldertreks features group travel, but the groups are fairly small and connective. This means that not only will you find an adventure, but you will be more likely to make lifelong friends as the group setting encourages getting to know others. A wide range of experiences is available, for a variety of budgets. Travel is available to more than 50 countries worldwide, and there are adventures running the gamut from African safaris to Patagonia hikes at Torres del Paine.

More senior travel Web sites include Elderhostel and Journey Woman (a site for solo lady travelers).
